Political Party Accounts

Registered political parties must send an annual statement of accounts along with an auditor’s report to the Standards Commission by 30 June each year.

The Commission has guidelines that deal with:

• Keeping adequate accounting records
• Preparing the annual statement of accounts
• Auditing of the statements
