Who has to disclose donations?

TDs, Senators and MEPs must send an annual donation statement to the Standards Commission by 31 January for the previous year.

Registered political parties and third parties must send their statements by 31 March. 

What is published? 

The Commission publishes reports on donations disclosed by TDs, Senators, MEPs and political parties, and these reports are tabled in the Oireachtas.

While third parties must disclose political donations, the Act does not require that we publish a report.
